Already passionate about Pilates, Sally wanted to train as an instructor to improve her understanding and be in a position to share the benefits it brings with others.
"I have had years of sitting at a desk at an office job and know how bad this can be for posture. Pilates has helped me become more body aware, focus on my posture and helped reduce aches and pains .
My goal is to help others discover and enjoy Pilates both from a physical and mental perspective and enjoy the health benefits it gives us.
I love running, cycling and generally being active - Pilates has improved my strength and flexibility, helped with my general fitness and given me the 'me time' that we all so desperately need."
Classes are small, friendly and 'hands on' to ensure people are performing the exercises safely, correctly and getting the most out of every class.
Sally is a level 3 certified Body Control Pilates teacher with specialist qualifications in bone health, older person and matwork and is a Back4Good practitioner and BackCare Professional member.
